Neal is the author of numerous articles on bankruptcy law and related topics, with recent publications including a series of articles on fraudulent conveyance law, inter-creditor disputes in bankruptcy, sales of assets under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, the new bankruptcy statutes of the People’s Republic of China, and the changing complexion of chapter 11.
